WANTED – SUPER GROOM / HEAD PERSON

As Dulcie, (who has done a great job at Holnest Park Stud as Head Girl,) will be leaving us in November we are looking for the right person to fill the position.

We need an experienced, hard working person with a good sense of humour. Able to handle mares/ foals and our stallion. High standard of stable management and turnout, ride and school youngsters, assist at shows, hold a driving licence, drive a lorry, manage the yard and oversee other stable staff. Must be prepared to take charge/live in when owner away

We offer an hourly rate of £6.50 or a salary of £250 per week. (p.a.y.e. contract)

Six or five day week .Weekends flexible by arrangement

Hours = 8.am -5.30.p.m. with one hour for lunch. (This will obviously vary according to requirements)

Possible for single person to live in by arrangement

Own horse by arrangement.
